- The shape of Pleasant Place is very unique for such a location. It has a longer path than it is wide and borders around a hill that leads to Moving Mountain.
- Next to Pleasant Place, is Dirty Depot, where usually all people go to for extra loot or some enemies to kill. Also, it was a location where people go to the middle of the Map to advance and push to the next circle, near Topsy Towers.
- It has 13 buildings. There are 7 houses, 4 store-like buildings, 1 apartment-like building, and 1 brown shack.
- It looks like the northern part of this location, is in a valley.
- It is littered with green trees, vehicles, and small rock boulders.
